1. Coverage<\/b><\/p>

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter \u201cGTC\u201d) of \u201cLucas Teufel\u201d (hereinafter<\/p>

\u201cSeller\u201d) apply to all contracts that a consumer or business (hereinafter \u201cCustomer\u201d) enters into with the<\/p>

The seller enters into a contract regarding the goods displayed by the seller in its online store. This constitutes the<\/p>

The incorporation of the customer's own terms and conditions is rejected, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>

1.2 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a \u201cconsumer\u201d is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for the purpose of,<\/p>

5. Delivery and Shipping Terms<\/b><\/p>

8.8 The promotional coupon is non-refundable if the customer uses it, in whole or in part, to<\/p>

returns goods for which he has paid, in accordance with his statutory right of withdrawal.<\/p>

8.9 The promotional coupon is transferable. The seller may, with discharging effect, transfer it to the respective holder,<\/p>

who redeems the promotional coupon in the seller's online store. This does not apply if the seller<\/p>

Knowledge of, or grossly negligent ignorance regarding, the lack of authority, legal incapacity, or the<\/p>

9. Governing Law<\/b><\/p>

9.1 All legal relationships between the parties shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, subject to<\/p>

Choice of law only to the extent that the protection afforded is not superseded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state,<\/p>

At the time the contract is concluded, they are not citizens of any Member State of the European Union, and their sole<\/p>
